Chairman's Message
On behalf of the SPE Saudi Arabia Section, I'm pleased to invite
you to participate in the 2009 SPE Technical Symposium and
Exhibition to be held from 9 to 11 May 2009 at the Le Méridien
Hotel, AlKhobar, Saudi Arabia.
Over the past 25 years, the SPE Annual Technical Symposium of
Saudi Arabia Section has been an important E&P gathering for
regional and international industry professionals to discuss and
exchange expertise and to promote the latest innovations and
technologies.
This section's annual showcase will be exceptionally attractive
as it will involve Keynote speakers, technical presentations and
posters, special technical sessions, Exhibition, panel
discussions, in addition to social activities. Moreover, we plan
to conduct few contests for the best technical paper, exhibitor,
and poster. The accepted papers in the technical program are
recognized by the International SPE and will be assigned SPE
paper numbers. A large Exhibition will be held along with the
symposium as many of the international leading companies will
showcase their latest technologies.
I strongly encourage you to participate in the technical program
of the symposium by submitting your paper proposals for
consideration. Additionally, I would like to offer the local and
international companies to avail this event and show their
state-of-the-art technologies.
