On February 2nd, 2010, the SPE Saudi Arabia Section enjoyed a dinner meeting featuring Abdallah S. Jum’ah, Former President and Chief Executive Officer of Saudi Aramco. The meeting was attended by a standing room only crowd of engineers, geoscientists, and dignitaries. Attendees agreed that Mr. Jum’ah delivered a riveting address on the topic of leadership, punctuated with humor and infused with his vast experience. Judging by the enthusiastic interest in the event, Sand Rose readers would enjoy reading Mr. Jum’ah’s speech in its entirety. Unfortunately, space does not permit it, so we provide the summary below.
