A Young Professionals Workshop took place during the recent SPE North Africa Technical Conference & Exhibition, held in Cairo on February 14th. The timing of this event coincided with our own section’s out-of-Kingdom trip to Egypt (see pages 10-11). The organizing committee selected a theme of “Young Professionals, Up to the Challenge”. The format for this single day workshop featured brief talks by keynote speakers, following which informal discussion groups had the opportunity to expand upon the ideas shared by the speaker. |
